Inspection Hours*: Monday - Thursday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

*24-hour notice required for inspections

 

 

Effective June 1, 2009

In order to standardize file requirements, as of June 1, 2009, ALL plan submissions must be 17" x 22".

Responsibilities:

The Building Inspector issues permits and inspects for compliance for all alterations, construction or demolition within the Town and is responsible for ensuring compliance with Town zoning codes.

A final inspection is required for all building permits issued.
